- Lady of America, Lady Workout
Express and Workout Express has over 760 locations that will be
offering a FREE use of their facilities during Active Aging Week.

- GoodLife Fitness Clubs will
be offering FREE classes and an open house at all of their 88

- Alliance Rehabilitation/Senior
Fitness will be offering a wide variety of programs at over 90
retirement communities nationwide. These programs include activities,
classes, seminars, and contests. For more information on the programs

- Be involved in New South
Wale's first Active Ageing Week for seniors
Active Ageing Week (27 Sept - 3 Oct 2004) offers events for NSW
seniors.
- Several Texas area agencies
on aging (AAA) will sponsor Active Aging Week activities as part
of the Texas Departmenton Aging and Disability Services Texercise
campaign. Texercise is a statewide fitness campaign designed to
educate and involve older Texans and their families in physical
activities and proper nutrition.
