Orange County Convention Center
Hall E of the Orange County Convention Center is the location for all conference seminars and the trade show. Shuttle buses will be available to take participants between the convention center and all hotels. A $748 million expansion of the convention center is currently underway, which will increase exhibit space from 1.1 million to about 2.1 million gross square feet. At the completion of Phase V, the entire complex will offer more than 7 million square feet of meeting and exhibit space.

Orlando/International Drive resort area
Famous for its theme parks and attractions, Orlando is also recognized as a sophisticated center for meetings, conventions and trade shows. The International Drive resort area is home to a wide range of accommodations, restaurants with a variety of themes to suit every taste and excellent shopping. Three popular theme parks - Universal Studios Florida, Sea World of Florida and Wet 'n Wild - are located within the resort area.

Walt Disney World
Long after the theme parks have closed for the evening, the nightlife options at Walt Disney World are still going strong. Disney offers park hopping by day, but at night you can club hop at Downtown Disney, a shopping, dining and entertainment complex with a big city feel in the heart of Walt Disney World. Downtown Disney Pleasure Island offers eight clubs for the price of one. With entertainment ranging from rock ‘n’ roll to hip hop to jazz and an impressive New Year’s Eve fireworks show 365 nights a year, P.I. will keep your toes tapping well into the night. Enjoy a sophisticated dinner or take in some live blues at Downtown Disney West Side. Sample the wood-fired pizza at Wolfgang Puck Café or get some Latin flavor at Bongo’s Cuban Café. If music is on your mind, enjoy an evening in the bayou at House of Blues, which plays host to big-name rock stars and rising local bands. Virgin Megastore lets you listen to your favorite bands with over 300 CD listening stations or relax with a latte and look out over the West Side at the elevated, outdoor café.

Disney’s Boardwalk is a waterfront village with the charm and excitement of the Mid-Atlantic Coast of the 1930s. Atlantic Dance Club will have you swaying to the hottest Latin tunes or stop in at Jellyrolls and sing along to the comedic dueling pianos. Take a stroll around the Boardwalk and stop at one of the carnival games or have your future told by the resident fortune-teller.
