Discount air travel/car rental

Special air rates have been arranged that allow conference attendees a discount off published round-trip fares on both Delta and American airlines. By purchasing airline tickets 30 days or more prior to departure date, you may receive additional bonus discounts. Call the Burkhalter Travel Group Department at 800-556-9286 (Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m. Central Time) to make your reservations. Ask for Bonnie at Extension 271. Please refer to the Athletic Business meeting fare. Auto rentals may also be arranged through Burkhalter Travel. Special rates have been contracted with Budget Rental Car, so please ask your agent for pricing and availability.

Shuttle buses

Shuttle buses will be available to take participants between the San Diego Convention Center and all hotels (except hotels adjacent to the convention center).

San Diego Trolley

The San Diego Trolley operates daily from throughout downtown to the convention center. Fares are $2.50 one-way, or $5 for a day pass. The Trolley has two stops directly in front of the Convention Center at Harbor Drive/First Avenue and Harbor Drive/Fifth Avenue.
