Chicago Pacific Founders acquires Parkrose Estates

Chicago Pacific Founders (CPF) and its subsidiaries, CPF Living Communities and Grace Management, Inc., announce the acquisition of Parkrose Estates, a 100 unit senior living community in Liverpool, New York.

Parkrose Estates is located in the Village of Liverpool, New York - near Syracuse, on the shore of Onondaga Lake. The open and inviting community offers luxurious amenities and quality services. Our location is convenient to prime shopping, fine dining restaurants and quality medical facilities. Parkrose Estates, highly regarded for providing quality independent living amenities and programming, will continue its full spectrum of services to its residents.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but investments in the campus will serve to enhance the quality of life for all stakeholders - including residents, families, associates and prospective residents across the region.

Parkrose Estates will now be managed by Grace Management, Inc., a nationally recognized leader in the delivery of senior living management services.
