ICAA 2020: Creating a vision for the future
No idea is too big or too small to be considered a catalyst for transformation. Think big! Think out-of-the-box.In fact, why not create a new box?
ICAA is engaging the global ICAA community to help shape the future of active aging. A new initiative, entitled “ICAA 2020. Creating a vision for the future,” invites individuals to take part in an ongoing visioning process to identify and define elements needed to prepare the industry for the future. The annual ICAA Strategy Session, a think tank of active-aging leaders, will review and prioritize these recommendations to create a step-by-step action plan for the industry.
The active-aging industry arose out of a convergence of trends involving longevity, demographics and the need for services to help people live a productive, active life. ICAA 2020 aims to harness the energy of this movement and focus it for future growth.
