The ICAA/ProMatura Wellness Benchmarks are currently available for retirement communities, independent living and assisted living communities, and CCRCs. These benchmarks translate the wellness program’s results into metrics that are compatible with other business measures to inform decisions about wellness investment and growth.
The business indicators were developed by multiple groups of active-aging industry leaders, representing chief executive and operating officers, vice presidents and other senior-level managers in seniors housing. These indicators have been tested by wellness directors in the field.
