Baby boomers sleep best of all
The month of March includes Sleep Awareness Week in the US, and the annual Sleep in America® poll found that 43% of 1,508 Americans ages 13-64 rarely or never get a good night’s sleep on weeknights. Technology may be part of the problem. Nearly all respondents (95%) used some type of electronics like a television, computer, video game or cell phone at least a few nights a week within the hour before bed.
