How well does exercise improve balance?

Widely recognized as a source for evidence-based health care, The Cochrane Library contains thousand of systematic reviews of primary research. A systematic review seeks to answer a specific question. Published studies that match a set of review criteria (for example, an intervention with a control group) are chosen for comparison and rigorously evaluated for the quality of the research design and the results. The review summarizes the results of all the studies. (ICAA Research Review Glossary)
