Managing multiple illnesses can be a full-time job

As people age, they are more likely to have two, three or more chronic conditions, known as multimorbidity. A review of literature reported that multimorbidity was found in an estimated 55-98% of older persons (Ageing Research Reviews, 10(4):430-439 Sept 2011).
