Oral health linked to risk of frailty
A study of 1,622 British men ages 71 to 92 found that having fewer than 21 teeth, complete tooth loss, fair-to-poor self-rated oral health, dry mouth, difficulty eating and multiple oral health problems were associated with a greater likelihood of being frail.
