Meniscus repair doesn't help older adults

One of the most common procedures for knee pain, called arthroscopic partial meniscectomy, has been shown repeatedly in randomized clinical trials to provide no benefit compared to exercise and physical therapy for individuals with degenerative meniscus tears.
