For registrations after September 13, if you plan to pay by check, please indicate on your form that you’ll pay by check on-site and fax a copy of the check to 604-708-4464. Payment must be received prior to or at the event for your registration to be valid.

Registration includes educational seminars, general sessions, handouts, entry to the virtual expo, as well as a 4 DAY FULL ACCESS PASS to ICAA Virtual Conference/Summit, October 27 & 28 + November 5 & 6, 2020. (Does not include CEUs.)

Registration fees in US dollars. To receive group discount, all attendees from the same organization must register at the same time and pay with one check or credit card.

Special offer:
Take 10% off an Individual or Organizational membership when you join ICAA and register for the ICAA Virtual Conference, Leadership Summit and Expo. Available to first-time members only, this offer cannot be combined with any others.

Continuing education units: $35

Cancellation and refund policies:
To cancel your registration and request a refund, you must submit a written request to info@icaa.cc. Cancellations will be processed as follows:

  • August 23, 2020: Full refund, less $150 administrative fee
  • August 24 - 6, 2020: 50% refund, less $75 administrative fee
  • After September 6, 2020: No cancellations will be accepted

Refunds will be processed to the original payer (credit card refunds: 4–6 weeks after initial request; check refunds: 4–6 weeks after the event). While no cancellations are permitted after September 6, you may transfer your registration to another attendee or to the following year, at no additional charge. A substitution to registration must be made in writing to info@icaa.cc. If you have not heard anything from us within two weeks, please contact us toll-free at 866-335-9777
