Contracted arts and wellness providers- how to continue to offer services on line offerings especially in memory care.
I am one of these providers (singing/music, exercise, humor, reminiscing, seated tai chi, mindfulness). I have skype and facebook video capability, and am getting help on my end to utilize a broader range of online options. But apparently none of the 12 communities I serve (7 different corporations) have access on their end: The value is evident: to keep our connections with the residents viable, to relieve staff of having to do all the activities. And to assure that we "hourly gig workers" have employment. We are ineligible for UI. (I have an M.S.W., but I'm no longer working via OLLI or Jr Colleges. ) Would love to hear from you.
