How are you, your team, and your organization ensuring the physical, emotional, and mental health of your residents and or members during the Coronavirus outbreak?

Our facility (Health Services team and, CEO) hosts a family conference call once a week to give updates to family members who can no longer visit their family members. We also allow family members to ask questions, voice concerns and offer suggestions. Having had two parents in Nursing facilities, I can't imagine the anxiety that some family members are feeling right now. This weekly call has really helped us address the same issues that you bring up, Colin.
