What are you doing to boost staff or your customer moral?

Its very hard for a number of our employees - especially the dining services and kitchen crew to get to work on many days. With schools and preschools closed leaving children at home is especially difficult. Many of our employees are single parents. With grandparents and friends unable to help out it is really tough. The residents and management team do a good job of complimenting the team members and giving them kudos.
