Engaging with arts linked to slower pace of aging
Regularly taking part in arts activities such as listening to music, reading, or visiting a gallery or museum may slow the pace of biological aging, researchers have found. Their study provides even more motivation for active aging communities to offer, and encourage resident/member participation in, various creative activities.
