Openness a positive side effect of cognitive training

According to background for a new study, “openness” is one of five major personality traits (the others are agreeableness, conscientiousness, neuroticism and extraversion). Openness is defined as being flexible and creative, embracing new ideas and taking on challenging intellectual or cultural pursuits.
