Even light physical activity reduces breast cancer risk
Breast cancer is related to age—most women who are diagnosed with breast cancer are 45 years and older, with a median age at diagnosis of 61 years, according to the National Cancer Institute. Lack of physical activity and being overweight or obese after menopause are additional risk factors.
