What do employee want in a wellness program?
According to the recent ICAA Wellness Industry Development Survey 2012, nearly two-thirds (64%) of 554 organizations offer employee wellness programs. Employee programs were most frequently found in CCRCs, independent and assisted living communities, and parks and recreation. What do employees look for in programs?
