Accentuate the positive to curb chronic disease risks
People who experience a wide range of positive emotions - dubbed "emodiversity" - seem to have lower levels of inflammation in their system, which may reduce their risk for chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease, according to a recent study conducted in Phoenix, Arizona.
