Tech Talk: AI may predict risk of dying after hip fracture

An artificial intelligence (AI)--based model trained on basic blood and lab test data as well as basic demographic data may predict a patient's risk of death within 1-, 5-, and 10-years of experiencing a hip fracture, according to recent research.
