ICAA Conference, Leadership Summit and Expo cancellation and refund policies: To cancel your registration and request a refund, you must submit a written request to info@icaa.cc. Cancellations will be processed as follows: - After September 6, 2020: No cancellations will be accepted Refunds will be processed to the original payer (credit card refunds: 4–6 weeks after initial request; check refunds: 4–6 weeks after the event). While no cancellations are permitted after September 6, you may transfer your registration to another attendee or to the following year, at no additional charge. A substitution to registration must be made in writing.
