Guided imagery makes the difference

Levels of physical activity remain woefully low among older adults. In the US, only 10% of people 65 years and older report 150 minutes/week of moderate-intensity aerobic activity and two or more days/week of strength training (ICAA Research Review, 11[8] March 2011).
In Canada, 58.6% of people 65 years and older (2003) were physically inactive (Statistics Canada).
