Real estate pros predict growth in independent and assisted living

In July, the average occupancy in senior living was 88%, according to the reports of organizations included in the NIC MAP, a data analysis service of the National Investment Center for the Seniors Housing & Care Industry (press release July 27, 2011). More recent analysis (October 2011) of the NIC MAP data indicated that occupancy was in a cycle of slow recovery.
