Stanley A. Dashew: an active-aging innovator and inspiration
The remarkable life of Stanley Aaron Dashew came to a close on April 25, 2013, in the hills of Los Angeles, California. In September, on the eve of his 97th birthday, friends, family and associates celebrated his life and legacy, gathering in the Dashew Center for International Students and Scholars at the University of California–Los Angeles. It was by any measure a life well lived.
