Post-pandemic economic recovery depends on 50+ workers
Global COVID recovery relies on better engaging people ages 50 and over, according to a report released on October 12, 2020, ahead of the G20 Finance Ministers' meeting. G20 (Group of Twenty) is a group of 19 of the world's largest economies plus the European Union. The report, which focuses on the "global longevity dividend," provides a persuasive compendium of data making the case for "longer working lives," particularly in the context of the pandemic.
