ICAA Network Initiative FAQs
What is the ICAA Network, and who can participate?
The ICAA Network is a program that connects ICAA organizational members with approved network partners to provide innovative wellness and engagement opportunities for residents, members, and staff. The program offers a monthly content package from media partner Growing Bolder and an ICAA Co-Marketing Program for onsite events, wellness programs, and marketing initiatives. The program is open to ICAA members and approved partners.
Is there a cost to participate in the ICAA Network?
Participation is free for ICAA members, but partners must pay a predetermined fee to host their programming at participating organizations. Exclusive partners also support the monthly media content package to help cover delivery costs.
How can ICAA members enroll in the program?
ICAA members are automatically enrolled but must complete and submit an ICAA Network participation form agreeing to the program's terms and conditions to activate their involvement.
Who is eligible to participate in the ICAA Network?
Currently, only ICAA member organizations are eligible to participate in the ICAA Network.
Will every organization receive the Monthly Content Package?
Yes, all ICAA members who complete the participation form will receive access to the monthly content package at no cost. However, members must use and share the content through their communication channels.
Will every organization be selected by a partner for the Co-Marketing Program in the ICAA Network?
ICAA cannot guarantee that every organization will be selected by a partner for the Co-Marketing Program. However, all participating communities are listed in the ICAA Network directory that partners use to choose which organizations they want to connect with.
What’s included in the Monthly Content Package and how do members access it?
The Monthly Content Package is available through a password-protected microsite. It includes a welcome video, a download button, and a downloaded folder containing media assets for that month. The folder includes a word document describing the theme, two video stories, two editorial articles, one complete episode of a GB TV show, one podcast episode, one inspirational meme, and a downloadable takeaway in PDF format.
How much money will your organization be paid if selected by a partner?
Partner fees are based on the population size of your organization.
Can your organization earn significant revenue from partners?
Yes, the larger the organization and the more partner programs it hosts, the greater the earnings.
What does your community have to do to host a partner program?
If selected by a partner, ICAA will connect the two organizations to arrange the program/event details. Your organization must allocate space for the program and diligently market it to encourage participation and maximize success.
Will your organization receive too many requests from partners?
No, partners cannot contact your organization directly. ICAA will facilitate the relationship between your organization and partners.
How can we ensure that the partner program will maintain our brand's quality?
ICAA Network partners must be pre-approved, agree to standards and expectations, abide by a Code of Ethics, and sign a liability waiver. Partners must also present a certificate of insurance.
Can we choose to stop participating in the ICAA Network?
Yes, ICAA members can opt out of the ICAA Network at any time by sending a request to info@icaa.cc.
