ICAA Network Partners FAQs

Is there a limit on the number of corporate partners in the ICAA Network?
No, there is no limit. However, corporate partners must be pre-approved by ICAA and follow certain standards and expectations, including signing a liability waiver, presenting a certificate of insurance, and adhering to a Code of Conduct.

How much does it cost for corporate partners to join the ICAA Network?
Joining the ICAA Network is free. However, corporate partners will be charged a predetermined fee for programs conducted at participating locations based on population size. Partners must select a minimum of 10 organizations and agree to a minimum 3-month co-marketing program with each selected organization.

How much do corporate partners pay each organization to host a program or event?
Partners will be charged a predetermined fee for programs conducted at participating organization locations based on population size and the number of participants in the program. Please check with your their ICAA representative to determine costs for your potential program.

Do corporate partners pay the participating organization directly?
No, corporate partners will remit fees to ICAA for all organizations selected as part of the co-marketing program. ICAA will then forward funds to the participating organization.

Can corporate partners choose which organization to partner with?
Yes, corporate partners can access the ICAA Network directory and select participating organizations based on location, community type, and size. However, corporate partners must select a minimum of 10 locations to participate. Please work with your ICAA representative to develop your program with the right locations to maximize success.

How many organizations can a corporate partner work with?
Partners have ongoing access to the ICAA Network directory and can choose an unlimited number of organizations to conduct programs, although the number of locations a partner can select in any given market/state may be capped based on overall interest and participation.

Is there a limit on the number of programs/events that corporate partners can implement through the ICAA Network?
No, corporate partners have ongoing access to the ICAA Network directory and can conduct as many programs as they desire, although participating locations may limit onsite access to once per week and/or once every other week.

If a corporate partner works with an organization that has multiple locations, is there one master fee required?
No, corporate partners will be charged a predetermined fee per location based on the organization’s population size at each location.

Can corporate partners work directly with the participating organization?
No, ICAA facilitates the relationship between ICAA members and corporate partners. Any partner who violates this agreement will be removed from the ICAA Network and will be required to pay a penalty fee.

Can corporate partners opt out of the ICAA Network?
Yes, corporate partners may choose to stop participation in the ICAA Network at any time after the agreed-to time period has elapsed by notifying their ICAA representative. Note: Each contract period will be for 3 months.
