Link Senior Development and Insight Senior Living announce start of construction on Ativo Senior Living of Prescott Valley

Link Senior Development and Insight Senior Living announce the start of construction on their latest senior living community Ativo Senior Living of Prescott Valley.   Located near Bob Edwards Park at the corner of East Long Look Drive and North Viewpoint Drive in Prescott Valley, Arizona, the 5.3-acre campus consists of 130 residences across more than 117,000 square feet.  The community will include a mix of Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care units ranging from studio apartments to 2-bedroom cottages.

Ativo Senior Living of Prescott Valley units are designed to provide comfort and convenience, boast large floor plans, and an abundance of natural light.  Residents of the community will be able to enjoy dinner and a movie in the theater, relax with a glass of wine while enjoying the mountain views in the club room or stay active while taking the Surrey bike for a ride with a friend.  The community is scheduled to open in the Summer of 2022.

Link Senior Development leads the project as the developer, Ankrom Moisan is serving as the architect on the project, Seabold Construction as the general contractor, and Insight Senior Living is the management company.

“We are honored to expand and grow our portfolio of quality Senior Living communities across the country,” said Ron Ziebart, President, and CEO of Link Senior Development. “We are looking forward to introducing Ativo Senior Living of Prescott Valley, a community that will hopefully bring to life our values and commitment to the senior population.”

Prospective residents and their families are invited to visit the Ativo Senior Living website to learn more about Ativo Senior Living of Prescott Valley.
