Yoga eases back pain and curvature of the spine

The strengthening and stretching exercises of yoga have been shown to increase flexibility and counteract the fear of falling (ICAA Research Review, 9[11] 2009) and improve balance and mobility (ICAA Research Review, 8[14] 2008). New reports indicate that yoga also may have a therapeutic role in back care.
