Note: For registrations after September 20, if you plan to pay by check, please indicate on your form that you’ll pay by check on-site and fax a copy of the check to 604-708-4464. Payment must be received prior to or at the summit for your registration to be valid.

Registration includes: educational seminars, keynote sessions, conference handouts, lunch, and entry to the trade show hall. Also includes: FULL ACCESS PASS to ICAA Conference and Trade Show , taking place in conjunction with ICAA Conference and Trade Show , October 18-20, 2018. (Does not include preconference or CEUs.)
Special offer (valid until July 8, 2018): Take 10% off an Individual or Organizational membership when you join ICAA and register for the ICAA Conference at the same time. Available to first-time members only, this offer cannot be combined with any others.
Continuing education units: $30 before October 1, 2018, $45 on-site.
Cancellation and refund policies:
To cancel your registration and request a refund you MUST submit a written request to info@icaa.cc.
Cancellations and refunds received by:
August 30, 2018: Full refund, less $100 administrative fee.
September 1- September 15, 2018: 50% refund
No cancellations will be accepted after September 16, 2018.
When submitted in writing, post-deadline cancellations may be considered where there are extenuating circumstances. Refunds will be processed to the original payer (credit card refunds: 4–6 weeks after initial request; check refunds: 4–6 weeks after the event).
Substitution policy:
While no cancellations are permitted after September 16, 2018, you may transfer your registration to another attendee or transfer the registration to the following year, at no additional charge. A substitution to registration must be made in writing to info@icaa.cc. If you have not heard anything from us within two week, please contact us toll-free at 866-335-9777.
Cancellations will be processed as follows:
A letter from the original attendee and/or company is required to process a substitution, along with a completed registration form for the individual who will take your place. Email the letter and form in advance to info@icaa.cc to save time on the day.
Dress code: Summit dress is casual. Air-conditioned meeting rooms are often chilly, so ensure you bring a sweater or jacket. Comfortable walking shoes are also recommended.
